I wait until the fruit is ripe. For now, I invite you to joint the mailing list to be the first to know when something beautiful is ready to unfold.
A Journey of Integration of your forever Unfolding
This is a place of integration, a place where your external and internal life come together as you unfold into a new you. This is a place that offers you space to engage with your life not just from your head but from your entire being. In this place you are held as you walk home to yourself, reconnecting with the rhythms of the land, the gifts from your ancestors, the wisdom of your cycle, and the presence of your community. Here you will not hear answers, but will be offered many questions that will support you unfolding into a next way of being. I am called to support your journey home by sharing a unique blend of practices that include dreamwork, somatic experiencing, shamanic journeys, and nature play.

in tune with the cycle of seasons Your ancestors celebrated the season with rituals, dance, and special food. Our spiritual life does not need to be isolated form our family history and ethnical heritage. In fact when we are not connected to the way of our ancestors, we find ourselves depleted of meaningful spirituality. The worst outcome of this depletion is cultural appropriation. The land we live on, our menstrual cycle, and our ancestral history, as well as our community can be a powerful inspiration for personal growth, healing, and transformation.
For my ancestors the cycle of the seasons began in the womb-like darkness of the longest night, Winter Solstice. This a time when the old year collided with the new. The impact that is made is a cataclysm. It is a time when our old way of being crashes into the creative prospect of the new. This collision conceives something new. At this point we do not know what will be birthed, but we know that our should can no longer sustain our old way of being. This is not the time to have expectations because they will get in the way. What is you released our expectation of what will emerge in the future and simply kept vigil for what is emerging?
Out of this darkness unfolding of something new begins. How do you grieve the loss of the days and months of the past year that will never return? When we allow ourselves to grieve the loss and what can not be be returned, we watch our hopes and dreams die. But this allows for new space to be created. And once we deruble, we step into a new way of being, What has been your process of stepping in a new way of being? Over whom or what are you keeping watch (vigil)? What are you waiting for in your life? What are your expectations for this newness in your life?\What would happen if you surrendered these expectations? Think of a time when you looked at something with wonder, awe, or delight? Can this attitude be helpful in any way now?
Story o fly ancestors is a story of a human resilience.
