Here is some information to relax your mind: It all starts with a good night's sleep, a hydrated and nourished body and a relaxed, positive, and open mentality.
For approximately 3 days before your journey, please plan to eat lighter and cleaner. Our aim is to have your body in a receptive, clean, and high vibrational state of being.
Clearing Process: a major part of the clearing process is detoxification of all that you consume. This includes the things you watch, listen to, speak, eat, drink, and allow to enter your imidiate space as well as your body. There are no plants, magical experiences, meditations that are going to be effective if you do not prioritize your physical health.
Reduce caffeine and sugar intake
Reduce dairy, red-meat, heavy grains
Abstain entirely from alcohol and other plant spirits such as tobacco, marijuana, etc
Examples: chicken, fish, veggies, fruits, herbal teas are ideal
A few days before: please gather allthe things you will bring with you. All these are suggestions, but they may bring a lot of comfort for the ceremony.

A clean and showered body
On the morning of: please eat a complete and nourishing breakfast, focused on protein, fiber and complex carbs. Drinking lots of liquid like tea, water or coconut water is encouraged.
Timing: please plan to arrive around 11:00 AM. We will surrender to the timing of the medicine. A journey of this type is 6-8 hours. We will work together to determine when it is safe and healthy for you to depart. It is best if someone close to you drives you to the ceremony space and then home.
Our day: The day is in 'flow'. You will be in a safe, contained, basement suite furnished for this work.
Clothing: Aim for maximum comfort, not fashion. Clothing you would sleep, dance, and cry in is recommended.
