This is my story. It's alive. Meaning it is still being written. It begins somewhere in the middle and doesn't yet have an ending. Its a collection of stories and reflections. These are the stories I do not share with all my family members. But I share these stories with my clients, my children and chosen family. And I share them here. They are stories hf return home to myself, re connection with my ancestral roots, gathering my medicine, remembering who I am and why I am here, on this Earth, at this time.

A story about an old Woman and the RoadOne day Mudraya was getting ready for a journey. As she was packing she hummed a silly song full of wisdom...
𝐀 𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥... 𝚈𝚘𝚞 𝚖𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚔𝚗𝚘𝚠 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚗𝚎𝚠 𝚁𝚘𝚊𝚍 𝚠𝚒𝚕𝚕 𝚗𝚘𝚝 𝚝𝚛𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚝𝚛𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚛 𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝 𝚊𝚠𝚊𝚢. 𝚂𝚑𝚎 𝚒𝚜 𝚓𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚝𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚖𝚒𝚝𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝. 𝙱𝚎 𝚙𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚎𝚗𝚝. 𝙱𝚎 𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚍. 𝚃𝚘 𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛𝚜𝚎𝚕𝚏. 𝚆𝚑𝚎𝚗 𝚜𝚑𝚎 𝚝𝚛𝚞𝚜𝚝𝚜 𝚢𝚘𝚞, 𝚜𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚒𝚕𝚕 𝚌𝚊𝚕𝚖 𝚍𝚘𝚠𝚗. Mudraya sat down to simply be and breathe before her journey. She said goodbye to her House Spirits and stepped through the threshold of the doorway. The Road was full of joy when she saw her old friend. Like a cat, she liked to play with the shoelaces on Mudraya’s journey boots. |
